CRICKET IS TERRIBLE - $40.00 Unlimited Service

Let me tell you, do not got to cricket for wireless service. I bought a phone in september that broke in october of 09. Just one month. When i went to the cricket store, they said, sorry you did not have insurance, which i was never offered. So i had to pay another $129.00. So i spent $248.00 in one month. Then in may exactly 6 months later the phone broke again, but this time i had the $5.00 a month insurance. Then they told me i had a $50.00 deductible. Unbelieveable!!! So, i spent a total of @258.00 in 6 months. So, i paid$30.in the six months of service and i still had to pay $50 for a new phone. What puzzled me, was the employee's actually showed no concern. They really did not give a hill of beans about me. I was never late with a bill. Then, when i got the new phone, they are so sorry, they couldnt even change my stored number into the new phone... They need to be put out of business.
