During checkout the shipping charges calculated were in excess of $38.00.

The UPS website calculated the ground shipping charges at $11.48. For a package with the following information;
dimension - 12" X 12" X 24"
weight - 5 lbs.
Insured for $400.00
with residential delivery.

Additional warning,
To place an order with this company, you must open an account and enter your personal information including credit card info. After your account information is entered, they provide no online method of removing any of your account information (the red errors appear on the mandatory fields) and the original information is re-displayed. Nor do they allow you, the person who created your Account, any ability to delete your account.

Don't waste your time using online ordering with this company, I'd suggest using the phone.
