False Advertising

Placed an order for tires online. Company requests billing information in checkout for credit card and seperately requests shipping information. My credit card billing address is my home, the purchase was a gift, I provided shipping information and they refuse to process the order yet have held fund on a credit card. They state that they don't ship to addresses that are different from the credit card billing address and say they "clearly" state this on their checkout page. Here is EXACTLY what appears on their checkout page "Please understand that Gas/Gift Cards can only be sent to the Billing Address entered at time of Check Out." I did not purchase a gas or gift card, I rather purchased a set of tires. They tried to get me to call my bank and add the shipping address, a business to my credit card account. They lost the sale and it is FALSE ADVERTISING. I will now have to call my bank and file a complaint that the charges not be assessed to my credit card for this sale. Undefined
