Poor Customer Service

I went into this store to redeem some scratch tickets. The owner was trying to cheat me out of my money. He tried to short me by one dollar. Ok not a big deal, right? Wrong. Everytime I have gone in there, this person has tried shorting me in one way or another, I find this humiliating as I have been in the Retail business for over 15 years. Never once have I tried to cheat someone out of any type of money. I also think it is very rude to be talking to someone on the phone, or an employee while waiting on a customer. What is with these "foreigners" who buy or lease these companies and treat customers like this? I will not be going into this store ever again.
