Bad Customer Service! Where is management!

I live here in Calimesa. Find this station very frustrating if you need to go inside. Always a long line, only one cashier and at least one other person standing around doing nothing, sometimes two. Is this poor management? Yesterday was in at 2:20, new cashier that was struggling line was to the door. I understand new trainee everyone was being patient but other employee was regular and just standing off to side doing nothing. Finally other employee took over. I repeated my gas order 3 times and he still got it wrong. When I looked at receipt and corrected him, I was told I would have to pump gas and get back in line to get more. This was after waiting 15 minutes to get to the register! I told him I already waited long enough and did not want to come back but wanted it fixed. I was told that was my choice and he dismissed me. I'm sorry I just feel this is terrible customer service. The trainee was not my fault, the line was not my fault, so my service means nothing? Our town is a small town and we are loyal to business that treat you with respect. Maybe you get freeway business, but in todays economy people are more picky about where they spend their hard earned money! I notice evening employees are more polite to customers. Maybe management should look at who is working day shift!
