Worry for Employees

First, let me thank you for the great job you're doing on paying attention to our complaints as a customer, hopping you'll solve it asap.
I've been a Save a lot (Peekskill, NY) customer since long time ago - around 5 years - and at the begining was not too nice but you still could go to shop in; even the situation about the store, the employees were nice, happy and nice to talk with. I pretty much felt motivated to shop at there because of the employees. Now, the store has had a very dramatic changes (for good or worst) the food are better, fresher meat, more employee due the situation this store got a new owner or somebody that purchased the franchise; i think he is the owner of the C-town la placita here in Peekskill; well my concern about that is since c-town took it over, the employees you can see on their face (they're not happy, not motivated and not well threathed) thay just at there because they need the money but for the new owner everything they do is wrong, everytime he got at there, always is talking to the employees like they are children, even he had switched the store into a spanish store, (im not racist, but that looks like a town market. I offered myself to help the employees for orientation, but they are scared of this owner; that was what i can see everytime i shop at there: (no motivation for performing a good job because all the good reports or complements they receive from customers, they never got a feed back from management or owner, but if they have a complaint about an employee, of coarse the owner will do something about it.
