Not bothering for consumers

I have sent my washing machine to videocon authorised service centre namely M/SB. A. RTECHNO SERVICE GANDHI NAGAR JAMMMU (j&K) PH: 0191_2458103 MOb: 09419145395 on 12-7 for rectification. Firstly they said, wait for the component to come and we will giv you back with in a week. But after that they try to postphone our deal in one way or other but today they said, company didnt send any component so you do one thing, you exchange your machine and buy new machine and we will giv you concesssion of one thousand Rs in place of this machine. If it is your services then we will not buy and suggest anybody to purchase your product in future. So please look in the matter. Thanks
