Ripoff OUTRAGEOUS Calypso Washing machine RUST! Leaks! Every part must be replaced!

2 years ago I bought the new Calypso washing machine because I thought it was the best washing machine I had ever seen and I thought Whirlpool meant high quality and good service.
Today I paid a tech person they recommended $59.00 to tell me that every single part/component of this basically brand new machine would need replacing due to a leak (which he couldn't actually track down) which caused everything to rust (we're talking alot of rust).
We called Whirlpool and were told that because the machine is more than 1 year old all they could do is to pay for parts. The estimate for the parts at this time are over $1000.00. I still need to pay labor which will be extensive since the entire machine needs to be rebuilt. The tech is estimating 2 men at 5 hours each (10 total hours labor that I have to pay!).
Mind you, I "only" paid $1000.00 for this machine new two years ago. This whole situation tops my list of outrageous and I will never buy another "high quality" product from Whirlpool again (even though my husband seems impressed that they will pay for parts)...
