Missing delivery

I am paul and i am writing this letter with lot of pain and pressure. I am waiting on an import document send from chennai office of franch express on 12 aug and I am suppose to recieve on the 5th day. And further need to forward the doc to mas state gov: on 25 th 2010 aug so that i dont miss the chance of writing the exam on sep 30 th 2020. It is truely un proffesional and wicked that this kind ofcompanies exist in India.

I am still waiting for the document and company could not track it.
