We Signed the contract with Seagroves Elestrical Service on 6/28, per the contract, they will add an outlet and a new circuit at my house, total charged $1000, which including labor & Materials Supplied and one year warranty.

On 7/1 2010 before the labor holiday they hurried to complete the job and took $1000 cash left. Two weeks Late, my outlet and circuit didn't work, I called Ms. Elizabeth Seagroves to report the issue, she agreed to send a technician to come to house to check, Per the contract this call supposed under one year warranty, and she never mentioned about the charge. Before the date they scheduled to come, I fixed the issue by myself, since that day is sunday, my wife tried to call the company to report the issue resolved, unfortunately no one answered the phone.in the early Morning on Monday When the date they supposed to come, I called Ms. Elizabeth Seagroves again and told her not to come since problem has been fixed, and she sounds very rude, upset on the phone and said I mess up something and claimed that their technician already came, and force me to pay her $95, I asked her why, she said this call service need charge, I argue with her, this supposed under one year warranty, and also ask her to prove when the technician come to my house since our whole family at home, no one known, but she hang up the phone, refused to talk with me.

On 8/6 Friday, the outlet they worked is not working again, the break box keeps flapping, I called Ms. Elizabeth Seagroves again, and bagger her to send an technician to check, she is very rude and claimed that "you own my $95, we will not send anyone until you pay $95 dollor, my wife has high blood presure, after heard this, her high blood increased, we paid $1000 and received this kind poor service, and Ms. Elizabeth Seagroves, a rude woman, who shoutting on the phone had our family life became nightmare.
