Framed my fiance of theft

My fiance went into the local Meijer to look for a bolt for his truck. He picked one out, headed to the checkout when he realized it was the wrong one. So he went back and threw it on the shelf. Started walking out when an employee ran after him, screaming that he was stealing.

There was a cop there and they took him into the manager's office, searched my fiance, and found on him his wallet (containing $80 in cash), about $5 in change, keys, and his rusty old bolt off his truck. The kid who ran after him, screaming, started taking pictures of the "evidence" on his cell phone! And he went back to where my fiance threw the bolt down and grabbed a completely different bolt and tried to say he was going to steal it.By the way, the bolt only cost $1.09...

Well, they took my fiance to court and now he's stuck with an attempted theft charge and lost his license due to it.

We due not shop at the Milford Meijer anymore, because they obviously hired a bunch of retarded kids to run the store.
