I've been stood up 6 times now!!! Do not buy a sears product! The people in customer service either yes you to death or hang up on you! How many times does someone have to take off from work to be stood up? At what point is an apology appropriate and a service tech actually shows up to fix something that they sent boxes of parts to your house that are sitting there for 6 weeks?

Sears no more!!!
