I purchashed a olumpus camera 6000, dec. 23rd. For my son and his fiancee to take on their honeymoon aug. 1st. The first time they used it underwater it died and filled with water. My son took it back and at least expected an exange. Of course that did not happen. A mr. Christian who was very rude told him first of all it was a 14 day return policy, and his only recourse was to let geek squad fix it and he would have to pay. What poor store policy. No. 1, who wants a 279.00 camera fixed that obviously was a default to begin with. Sorry to say after reading hundreds of complaints about BEST BUY... I was horrified to think they could treat people this way. As a consumer I nor anyone I know will ever deal with them again. I saved long and hard to buy that camera and I certainly expected to be treated fairly. Having a 14 day return because you dont want something is one thing, but in this case and I'm sure many this should have been handled in a different manner.
