Wal-Mart putting an unsafe vehicle on the road

On 6-28 i went to walmart store # 2369 [tilton branch] to swap my winter tires to summer tires i was told it would be approx 1 1/2 hr wait after paitiently waiting 1 1/2 hrs i went to check on progress to find them telling me they couldnt do them today i made a appointment for the next morning at 8:00 am on 6-29 for which i was 10 minutes late but the bay was still empty and was taken right in at 8:18 [documented on service order] at 10:30 i went to pick up my truck only to find they only changed the rear tires and hadnt done the front yet! [truck was still in the bay] i called for a manager approx 20 minutes later was told they were doing the best they can at that point 4 people were working on the front tires service completed time was 11:16 [this is typicly a 1 hr job] at any reputable shop when i got home i read the service order to find and i quote[technician Coments][REC. An alighnment rims bent broken belt. Atoa. Had an appointment did not show up came in late. Had to do oil changes first. Rec. Replacing tire. With broken belt sv. And cb. Started. Vec. 1st. Ja. 2. Nd. Cm. 3rd. Ja. All at 160ft. LB] i also read when i got home the paper stapled on the back [tpms and tire disclaimer] checked of is [VISABLE TIRE CUT PUNCTURE BALD SPOT OR OTHER IRREGULARITY] i was not told of unsafe tires was never told i need new tires [which i would have purchased on the spot] instead was handed my keys [after they took my money] handed my reciept and sent on my way i spoke with the store manager brad macrae on the telephone about this matter and as to jonathan a's [shop manager] unprofesional way of dealing with this matter and sending and unsafe vehicle out on the road i was told he [brad macrae] would look into this and would call me back to work this out [brad macrae] never returned the call he promised so on 8-11 i went to the store with my wife after speaking to the store manager Brad macrae about this matter in person on 8-11 [who did give me a $30.00 store credit] he admitted this was an unsafe thing to do and was not up to store policy! But there is nothing he can do about this matter other than sell me new tires i was basicly told to have a nice day and buy some new tires
