The night mare complicated my plans

Travel reservation was confirmed since May 6 by GrandUNION TOURS. Dl. 695 July 04 NEW YORK - ATLANTADL 694 July 30 Guayaquil -Atlanta

I have came admiring your efficiency through my trips taken toEcuador Guayaquil, Roma, Florida where there were written in details our travel agreements. But in July 4 trip above mencioned, I had a night mare. On my arrival to Guayaquil, Ecuador the handle's luggage was not there, the bottom was ripped the wheel was not there. But in my return to New Yorknobody notified me the change of airline that i obligated to take no answer was given me so at 10:30 P.M. Icouldn'tmake a phone call because the phone office was closed in theairport, my aunt who would meet me in Atlanta didn't know thati wouldn't pass by there because I came in Lan Chile, My unclewho was coming fron city Island to pick up both of us at the sametime didn't no either. My only family my daughter who is 15 yearsold couldn't take at home. Being I widow nobody else to call. So I will send pictures from the luggage, tickets that they willshow you this incident. Only I can tell you we the passengershave our purposes to get this services no matter if it takeslong time to arrive to our home. So that i had to way in the airport many hours and standing in two long lines in both airlines. Thanks for taking care of this complains i willsend you by certificated mail the proof.
