Not worth it - Water damage cleanup

I had a neighbor above leak and ruin a wall and 2 sections of drywall ceiling. 750 dollars down and who knows how much being billed later. Their website says water cleanup and replacement of drywall. Lies. So. A lot of money just to rip out the affected areas and put a dehumidifier in for 4 days. No actual constructionj replacement restoration. If paying for yourself not insurance, don't use this service. Save a lot of money by getting all the things yourself it's not that hard. Dehumidifier, a couple fans, and some mold prevention spray will do the trick. We were going out of town and they wouldn't leave the equipment for an extra 2 days while we were gone with out charging 100 a day extra per day, even though it was still within the recommended completion time for the job. The service man tried to say something was pre-existing when i know for a fact it wasn't. And didn't want to remove an area from where I saw water physically dripping. This whole company is terrible.
