Service call - Water damage cleanup

My wife called Servpro when she saw water leaking from the ceiling in the living room and a large spot on the ceiling. I was out of town on business. They dispatched 2 technicians with no tools, not even a ladder, they had to borrow ours. They hacked a 6" square hole in the ceiling and said there was nothing they could do to fix the leak. For that service we were charged $125. Any other trade charges $60-$75 for a call. I called the local office to complain about the high cost, and was told that was just the cost of doing business and putting fuel in the van to come over. We were told if they provided fans to dry the area it would be over $900. That is not drywall repair, plumbing or painting, that is for a fan.
Wow, expensive fan. NEVER using this service again!
