I purchased the one year - unlimited search package for 39.95 to trace some cell phone numbers. The actual price was 44.09, with no explanation of tax or why it was more than advertised. I figured ok, must be tax, handling, credit card process fee, whatever...

I still paid the full amount and got a report on the first number I was searching for. All good to this point... Tried to search another number and they want an additional 7.95 for the information on that report, they call it a "Tracer Report"... Guess what, all cell phone numbers come up as tracer reports and will cost an additional 7.95 per report in addition to the 44.09 already paid.

I ran the second number on the home page with out logging in at it came up as information available and wanted me to purchase another 39.95 package.

I guess you get the first number information for 39.95 and each additional number cost 7.95... They never disclaimed this when I first signed up.

I did run a couple of land line numbers just for kicks (after I had cooled down from being taken) and they all came up fine, no extra charge... They claim if it is in their data base, the information is covered under the one year package, if not, you have to pay for the Tracer Report. Any land line you google will come up with the same information for free...

I don't need to trace land lines. I need to trace cell phone numbers... I thought (and was led to believe) that this was a good web site at a fair price for doing unlimited cell phone searches... Boy was I wrong...
