This is what they advertise:

This is just to get you hooked. Most of us do not read all the disclaimers. Once you give them your credit card number you are screwed. You will not get any information because the cellphones are private numbers. I run a search wich was inaccuarte. The cellphone number has belonged to the same person for at least 4 years and the report showed someone elses name. I dispute this with my Credit card. But this people showed my credit card that I had agree to their disclaimer. They are scammers.
