I purchased a membership to this web site under the precise of the sample reports provided. There was no mention that all the sample reports provided were outside of the member ship sold on the website www.cellphoneregistry.com. While I read through all the FAQs and terms there was no mention that the sample reports displayed were in addition to the mempership fee. The report samples given on the web page do not match up with what the cisnationwide.com web page provide.

Thus misrepresentation of the service provided and the fees charged were grossly exaggerated. The very first number I researched was my own landline. The results were exactly the same as the FREE REVERESE PHONE NUMBER searches provided. Unlisted Land Line, which is because I have a VOIP phone number. I clicked the link that stated additional information was available only to find for me to learn my own name would cost $15.00.

I was lead to believe that I was purchasing a 1 year unlimited search pass with a full report. My recommendation is if you need to research a phone number use a free reverse phone lookup and if it doesnt provide a name, stop unless you really need that information for a legal purpose.
