Phonedetective.com tells you they have cell phone owner's name and you will have unlimited access for one year with a membership. They charge the fee and give you the report on that first number you look up. After that they say you have to pay to get in the tracer room because every other number is unlisted. The tracer room is more money. You cannot even look up the first number in your search again without paying again.
