Mislead and was scammed out of $1500.00

I was going through a hamp modification with my current mortgage, a year has gone bye and i felt i was not getting anywhere but only hurting my credit. I was searching on the computer and the TMMLG company contacted me and i explained my story to a employee named Randy Ray. He said to me they could help me speed everthing up with a modification and a price reduction on my home. I filled out all my paperwork sent it to them and a deposit of 1500.00. I was also told by there employee Randy Ray to stop paying my trial period payments that it would look better when they propose my case to my mortgage company. Two months went by with talking to another person athe the firm and she concluded that there was nothing they could do for me and that i was should have been told that at the beginning. They made things worse by telling me not to pay my mortgage payments and they told me i was going to be refunded my deposit and the check was being sent out a month ago. Every time i call to speak to Amy which is in the corporate buildiing she is never there or never returns my phone calls. I Call Randy Ray which has no answers for me and tells me to call back within 24 hrs well he checking on it. This company and there employees are the biggest scam out there.
