GMAC Mortgage
No payments

In june gmac contacted me about a loss mitigation and did a 6 month modification and lowered my mortgage payments until they could remodify, we are working with someone to help us and she has followed up with both them and us, gmac keeps telling them and us that we are either missing info. Either current pay stubs or some form, (that they already have) and we will fax it again and they said they have it. Or they tell us that the papers are being sent to us in 15 days but we do not recieve them, when we call to tell them we get the same answer they need updated paystubs. For 6 months it has been a run around and now they are calling to tell us that they have not recieved a mortgage payment since october and we have become delinquent
