Dear sir/madam, I bought the above toy for my little granddaughter as she has just started to enjoy colouring and drawing. I am very disappointed as the drawing surface is poor and requires considerable effort to produce any effect, and the blue gel side of the easel is vitually impossible for me, never mind the child, to clear or to use the stampers. Sophie is above the recommended age stated for the toy and so it should have been a great success. Having had three children myself and always bought Crayola products as they were so good, I am very unhappy about the quality of this toy and even unhappier to have to make a complaint.
