Checkout prices complaint

So I went in for a buy 1 get 2 free offer on Crayola. I ended up finding a nice looking drum set for a birthday party as well. I went to check out and the total seemed a little high. I asked the cashier if it did the buy 1 get 2 free offer and she said yes. I didn't have time to spare since my little guy was ready to go home. I got home and realized that I was not charged properly for the crayola product and that the drum set was used. When I say the set was used, I mean, stickers were put on the product and the drum part that you hit was all banged up. Terrible experience!
