I closed my account with Bank of America

I am really confused on how Bank of America can stay in business in the future. Personally I don't think they care about their customers. Maybe if I am a millionaire, they would actually notice me.

I got a letter from B of A saying that I was over drafting my account. This was the result of having my B of A account saved in my phone company's automatic payment plan. As soon as I received the notification I made immediate deposit to my account. At the time, they have not charged me the $35 over draft fee. I just noticed today that they processed the fine after I made my deposit, so I called their customer service. The guy was rude and basically arguing with me the fact that it was my sole responsibility, and it was me choosing to join their bank, and they didn't persuade me to do so. I closed my account. I guess I'm not this mad if they didn't send me the notification and let me try to pay for it and then fine me. I wouldn't be this mad if they have a good rates, reasonable over draft charges, good customer services or even up-to-date account information online. My question to myself is what do I benefit for depositing my money in a bank like Bank of America??? I just can't find anything! My other bank is way better than this.
Does anyone know how you can file a complain with B of A? They don't have any links on their website.
