The product does not work. And if you are not watcheing your dates closely you have 14 days to object to it from the datre they shipped it. Not the date you received. Then if you do not cancel even after 14 days they ship you another batch and if you just refuse the second shipment instead of getting a new tracking number and have a return shipment authorization from them they willnot even refund that order. I stayed on the line long enough with them til I got a full refund for the refused package but i am stillout the frist 89.99 even though i have the first unopened package right here as it arrived when I was out of town for a few weeks helping a friend in need. Now i am out 89.99 to this lame company.
