Bad service/questionable quality

The attitude of the employees is such that they make you feel like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. Window people don't thank you when they hand you your food. I have even resorted to going in to order, but when I did that there was such confusion between the window people and the in store people it took at least 10 minutes for anyone to take my order. I have called the store manager in reference to the expiration date/time on salads and parfaits. The male manager at that time said he would instruct employees to watch this more closley. Today I was at the restaurant at almost 5:00 P.M... On the parfait (that was shoved at me) the label said "MUST USE BY 3:09 P.M. 7/8/10. I am sure the food is probably still OK, but what is the use of puting the sticker on it showing these expiration dates/times if you don't abide by them. I have worked at McDonalds before & I know what kind of service I should expect... And this store does not give it!!!
