Poor Service, Arguing Staff, Cold Fries and Cold Burgers

I continue to go to my local mcdonalds and get poor service I have the people working arguing with me telling me I didn't order something that I did I continue to get cold fries, hot salads, cold burgers. I am not happy for the service or food I pay for. It is unacceptable and will continue to lose business in this area if it continues. It is a pathetic excuse for a fast food Restaurant and I am highly unhappy and can probably speak for others in my county as well.
