McDonalds complaint - all the above and more

I continue to go to my local mcdonalds and get poor service i have the people working arguing with me telling me i didn't order something that i did i continue to get cold fries, hot salads, cold burgers. I am not happy for the service or food i pay for. It is unacceptable and will continue to lose business in this area if it continues. It is a pathetic excuse for a fast food Restaurant and i am highly unhappy and can probably speak for others in my county as well.
