Not shipping to P.O. Box

I was trying to find out WHY they will not ship to a P.O. Box seeing as how they ship via the US Post Office. Saying that it is against company policy is not a valid answer.

The customer rep has probably dealt with this question a lot as she would not even give me to a supervisor and gave me the standard "it is company policy"

The site says they will only ship to a valid billing address. WELL, my shipping address IS my P.O. Box. So that lets me out on both counts.
