Purchased a popcorn machine for my children through the Funtime site. Only used machine three times. Was told had to return the kettle part of the machine and then it would work. Had to pay to ship that part of the machine from my house to California and then had to pay to ship back. Still does not work at this time. Spoke with Andrew who was the manager. He told me how to ship the whole machine back to the company. Voiced my frustration with him regarding their policy. Stated to me that he cannot make everybody happy there is one percent of the people he cannot please and I was at 1%. Buyer b ware free shipping is only free if you do not have a problem with your item and then you will pay for that free shipping and then some. Very disappointing customer service. Would cost over $80 to ship back to company.
