Windshield Damage

Driving on Loop 202 near the Alma School Rd. On-ramp, a cement truck from the aforementioned business, released a fairly large stone the cracked my front windshield. I filed a claim with the company and they replied that they washed their trucks before leaving the jobsite and thus were not responsible for debris picked up from the roadway.in my complaint I clearly stated the the stone had come off of the vehicle and was not just debris being picked up from the roadway. I had a witness with me who can attest to the specifics of this incident, and I don't feel I should be subjected to the cost of damages caused by the amount of debris and rubble these vehicles release onto our roadways on a daily basis.
