Placed phone order for BodyFlex. Payment was to have been 2 payments @ $19.95. After my bank card information was given the fun began. Every trick in the book was used to sell me vitamin supplements. I explained that I already had a cabinet full of vitamins and did not need anymore.

Then they tried to sell me more equipment for a friend and various other "deals." I repeatedly told them "no" and said "do not try to sell me anything else." The comeback was "But I know you'll enjoy this service..."

Finally, in frustration, I told them what they could do with their sales techniques and told them to cancel the order, that I did not want the BodyFlex or anything else.

Much to my surprise, a box from BodyFlex arrived two weeks later. My account had been charged the full amount PLUS a month's supply of vitamin supplements. The next month my account was charged again for vitamin supplements.

I called the number on the website which indicates that they will gladly refund your money. The website www.bodyflex.com is no longer available. A new site is "under construction" at www.thebodyflex.com

I have called the phone number listed several times only to be met with rude Customer Service Representatives. I was even told to file fraud charges. The charges were made to my account on August 04. It is not resolved at this point.

To make matters worse, they sold my name to a company called MWI. Sound familiar? They had charged my debit card 2 months in a row @ $12.95 before I realized what was going on. Believe it or not, when I threatened to take them to small claims court they agreed to "stop" all further charges. I insisted that I wanted a refund of the 2 payments. I asked the customer service rep for his name. I was told it was "Onyx"... I said, "Onyx what?" He replied, "onyx 54321." Finally, With much foot dragging, (and because I would not hang up) he took off the two payments.

It turned out to be an "entertainment" card or such. I can't believe this stuff. AND because I used a new bank debit card, the bank is no longer responsible for giving credit, which is another rip-off.
