Ripoff This Company Uses Inferior Metal That Is Seconds, Overcharged customers too!

While working for this company I was forced by Al Samantas Owner of Continental Products to use metal that was deemed to be 2nds's. As being very knowledgeable, I had former training of over 20 years in the trade and this was outrageous.

The metal coils and stock used for gutters, downspouts and awnings was only 1 mil. Or 019 Aluminum. And was seconds meant that the material had electrolysis before the metal was installed.

Also while working for this company I oversaw on many occasions that the estimate from Washington state overcharged the customer by hundreds of dollars. Using this type of material for example on gutters the customer should have never been charged more that 2.10 a foot.

There are laws for this sort of ripoffs and should be followed up by the U.S. Attorney Generals office. This man from Chicago should have never got away with this for so long.
