AEC FBO Onyx Platinum Membership
Charge Account But Hey! Who asked for this

I have been billed a few times as I look back at my bank account using my routing number and account number by a company AEC FBO Onyx Platinum Membership for 14.95 twice at the beginning of each month. I after noticing this charge went back and noted they took. 01 and. 02 twice in October of last year, then started taking the 14.95 twice a month after that. I have no idea who these people are and so I called the number located on my bank statement for the and when I called it told me to go online and contact them.

I went on line to a website www.consumerbill.com which didn't explain anything, but did lead me to two options either contact by chat or receive a phone call from them. I chose the phone call and left a number I was called back in a short period of time from a restricted number and I explained I was in the dark over their billing me for something I knew nothing about. The young lady responded I had ordered a credit card over the internet and had also checked a box for AEC FBO Platinum Membership which was the only thing she could help me with as this number was only a billing service for the Onyx Card.

She offered me two alternatives I could cancel my subscription for this one service or I could look around their site and see if I liked it I opted for cancellation. I then asked about the Onyx card which she said I should go to my bank as she had no knowledge of this. She had no date of my signing up or anything else in regards to this matter. I'm going to the bank to attempt to stop part two The Onyx People today. This is a rip off I never signed up for this nor did I receive anything from these people.
