I am being ripped off by Body Flex. I had been talked into buying the vitamin supplements, but was never explained the full price and that it would be taken out in two payments. I cancelled the vitamins after my first shipment in September. When I got billed at the end of October for $19.95, I was furious. I e-mailed the company (after two hours on the internet and searching my hard drive). Their website is under construction. The e-mail I received back explained that the first payment was $26.90 and the payment in October of $19.95 was the second payment.

I had reminded them in my e-mail that I had cancelled the vitamins and they were no longer to take money from my account. Today I received an e-mail that thanked me for my recent order and that it had been shipped. I checked with my 24 hour banker and sure enough $26.90 was withdrawn from my account yesterday! I sent another e-mail explaining that I would be sending the supplements back as soon as I received them and that I expect a refund! Please don't fall for their poor business habits and don't give them any of your information!
