This was for Magazine sales to send a kid somewhere

Well this goes back to 04/14 I paid for the subscription at the door with a check, then decided I wanted to cancel so I followed the instructions, over the past year I have had to prove to them that they cashed my check, as I sit on hold once again for over 26 minutes, and I am pretty sure they will never pick back up. I know they will never send me my refund, but I keep trying. I have been told at least 10 times a check has been mailed and of course it hasnt, I hope No One ever orders from this company again, I certainly hope they never show up at my door selling this stuff again. I will call the Police.
