Ripoff Magazine Subscriptions from door to door salesmen

Editor and Chief Review, Inc. Sent young inner-city boys door to door to sell magazine subscriptions. They were told they could earn points toward an education for subscriptions sold. I was sympathetic to the cause so I ordered a magazine. This was in May. After multiple phone calls to the Florida number I was told that I should have received the magazine but they would not refund my money. They said they would mail me a letter with other offers they could give me instead of what I wanted. Each time I never received any letter. It is now November and today they told me the same thing on the phone. Do not buy anything from Editor and Chief Review, Inc.!!! They are taking advantage of poor kids who are doing their dirty sales jobs for them.
