Company's failure to deliver merchandise

On April 18, I sent in an order for one of this company's products, a music box for a child. I have not received anything from them as of today even though I have emailed them three times regarding this order requesting a status report.

Initially this is what I received in my email box:

I prepaid half of the order, as instructed and did not hear anything from them until I received this on June 10:
