Collectiblestoday.com sent the item and charged me for it after it was cancelled

I ordered a thomas kinkade christmas tree for my mother in October for her Christmas gift. I was really excited because my mom loves that kind of stuff. Anyway, i recieved a card in the mail in the first of December stating that this order would not be shipped until february and that if i wanted to cancel the order to not send in the card and if i still wanted it to send in the card. Well, I decided that i would not send it in... Therefore. Canceling the order. I bought something else for my mom. So, i thought everything was taken care of and thought nothing of it. Until, the beginning of January the amount was taken out of my account... Which at that moment didn't have enough funds to cover it so now my account is in the negatives for something i canceled last month.

So, i emailed them stating my problem and they responded...

We are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your order. Unfortunately, by the time we received your e-mail, your order had already been shipped and it was too late for us to intercept the package. Please ignore the delay letter you have received as this collectible has come into stock sooner than expected. We do apologize for any confusion. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If, after you receive and examine your collectible, you still want to exercise your right to cancel your order, please return the collectible with the enclosed return card (filled out) in its original packaging to our Return Center located at 854 Golf Lane, Bensenville, Illinois, 60105. You will get a full refund of everything you've paid, including shipping. If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued to your credit card.

Alot of good that does considering i had already canceled this order. I have since emailed them again and have not had any response. So, not only did they send this after cancellation... They took four months to send the order. I am so frustrated.
