With false information and where extremely aggressive

I was home in the evening and received a call and the person on the other end asked for my first initial and last name. And right away I asked who's calling and they said again my first intial and last name and I replied "speaking". And right away the rep from this bogas company said my credit was going to be affected because I have an outstanding balance with Colimbia house back in 2008. I explained I have since closed this account and the membership has ended, this is a mistake. The rep said to me can you please confirm your address and I said if you called me you confirm it. The two things I found strange is #1. He was okay with my address until he got to the state and said Norway (humm, first flag). And I repeated, are you sure? #2 When I wasn't buying into is scam and said I will not give you a credit card over the phone and I have no notice in the mail about this charge. Immediately he said "Do you want to talk to my manager"? All of my years in dealing with customer service I never experience a rep inviting me to talk to their manager or supervisor (Humm). After a few minutes with Verizon, the electric co. Etc. The customer requests to talk to a supervisor and they never come to the phone in 30 seconds. I asked for thie full information and he rushed to give me their website and click certain options (humm). I also told the rep I have the right to investigate this and I'll get back to him. He said you must call me back immediately. Well, I said it is the next business day and its not going to happen tonight. After searching the web and found that Takhar Collection Services is a scam, and I called and got thie voice mail and said "You better stop this insanity before I call the FBI and present all your information". Needless to say, no more calls.
