Moderators who play Arena of Glory are very bias against those who oppose them in game.

For instance; if your clan is at war with there clan then they will ban you in chat for little or no reason... Thus sparking a very bad attitude from the consumers.

When provoked by the Mods, these consumers result to irrational behavior because when they write support, they do little or nothing to settle the dispute and the only way to be heard is through chat or forums.

There is no number to call support and when you contact via email you get no justice and the mods are always right though they claim they are reviewed by higher up.

I received a 21 day ban for telling a moderator, who is playing in game, that if anyone else beside her was playing that account then they would be able to beat me..
