Elite Items removed after a purchase

I am writing this as part of my game quit working suddenly and I believe is was a game problem, and not a game deactivation. I have play for years and have several hundreds of dollars tied up in a Big Point Game. I was upset to find out stuff just quit working or completely disappeared after I made a purchase in the game.
I have read the FAQ's, Talked to Jeanette in support, and posted a request on the forum. I am told by Jeanette it was due to inactivity. But I have played for two days with no problems. The only time I had a issue is when I made a purchase in the game. Several elite items have disappeared of quit working in the game.
I play a game called Seafight. I play on Global America 1 server. My user name is blando. User id is 8636661981.
My hopes is that my elite decks and cannons are replaced along with hit points. That my castles and skills start working again.
I thank you for being patient with my request. If I can help in anyway please let me know. I am lead to believe this is not a support issue that can be solved, so please forward this to the developers if needed as I am sure this is happening to others.
