The Administrator in charge of this facility Makes sure her makeup and hair are just right And her skirts are just as short as she can get them. I've been visiting a patient there for appx. Three months and have personally heard several people making comments reguarding this. I have also heard several people talking of conflicts between the Administrator and a women who's husband is or was a patient there. Apperently this women was giving to the center and donating to the less fortunate at the center creating a rivalry between this women and the Administrator. As far as I'm concerned this women was an angel to the center and should have been praised for things she did for the patients such as fresh flowers on the dining room tables and fresh fruit in baskets at every nurses station and other things such as buying night gowns and pjs for patients that did not have any. As far as i'm concerned this Administrator should be fired. She did not care that my Grandmothes wall leaked or that her blinds have been broke since she's been in her room not to mention the theft problem that we have brought to their attention several times but never heard once from the administrator on any of these problems maybe the next time I visit my Grandmother i will pick some flowers to bring after all I'ts not just about making money just like you and I we also appreciate the little things in life so should YOUR PATIENTS. They deserve dignity and respect not a short skirt walking around the center. That has no medical background and shows no compassion to any of the patients. We have been bringing our Grandmothers MEALS to her every day since we got tired of dirty silverware and never knowing when her meal was going to be served because the employees say there so understaffed My Grandmothers Insurance pays good money to have her there Not to be laying in her own waste Till they finally get around to her. The Business practice of your facility should not continue to function like this. Just remember we will all be old someday God willing Would we want to be Ignored.
