This nursing care center I feel is one of the worst places to put your loved ones in because the management here are the worst inconsidered people you have ever met the only people they care about are themselves they don't like people of color cause they treat them like slaves they're so rude thet don't speak if you are of color and if you are of color and they give you a supervisory position it's only to use you to snitch so they can get rid of those who are of color that they want out at the time and if you are of color and they want you gone they harass you to try to make you quit or try to keep digging to find a reason to fire you. The DON that works here is very racist she can care less about the patients here or any minorities that work here and she let it be known of how she treats people like animals she's cruel and unjustly to anyone of color she looks and talks to you like you're nothing. It's alway's divided here they're so phony they only pretend to care about the patients here when the state comes in to pay them a visit then they all run around like chickens pretending like they always help out with the patients here they don't lift a finger with the patients here unless the state comes in then they want you to work like a dog cause they don't have it together. Debbie Hampton the DON always want someone to forge documents so the center want be in trouble she is a very sneaky she's the worst when she's gone this nursing care center will be a better place for everyone in it. So if anyone needs a home for there love one Shorepointe is not the place right now until they get better management here.
