Haven't recieved my merchandise

On 6/5/10 i ordered 2 tee shirts from americantees. Comi paid extra to get shipped fed-ex. I have sent 4 e-mails to the address provided on their site. I have got 1 response deducting shipping by 5.50 and a promise to send product out the following monday 6/14/10.. It is now 6/21/10 and i have recieved nothing from this company.in the response from Mr. Dave Wright he mentioned only 1 of my items to be shipped not the other. The money has already been withdrawn from my account on 6/8/10 for both items and shipping. I feel when these companys promise something that they should follow through. I haven't recieved any further communication from this company or Mr. Dave Wright since my last e-mail on 6/18/10 giving him until today to respond. I want to know if i have been scamed or what
