Ripoff Did not ship my item, would not respond to my emails about return another item

I received only one shirt. I ordered and paid for two shirts. The one shirt I recieved was of in my opinion of very poor quality. The website has a 100%money back gaurantee. You must email the company to obtain a Return Merchandise Number before the item can be sent back. This must be done within 10 days according to the site. I recieved the one shirt on the 2/7/05 on 2/9/05 I sent an email requesting an Return Merchandise#.

I never recieved one, and the website says packages cannot be returned w/o that number. So I emailed again on the 13th, and again on the 19th with no response each time.

I have copies of all my emails with the dates. I also obtained a phone number from my credit card records since the website does not have one but there is a message stating all customer service inquiries be emailed but I left a message anyway and have not recieved a response.

Second, I ordered two shirts and paid for two shirts. I only received one, and wrote an email to the company requesting the whereabouts of the other and got no response. So in conclusion thier are two isses. 1- I was never given a Return Merchandise# for the Lacoste Polo (black) that I recieved on February 7 even though I requested it several times. There is supposed to be a 100% money back gaurantee on all items. Issue Number 2- I paid for two shirts. One Black (that I recieved and which was not authentic), the other Blue (that I did not receive).
