Unsatisfactory Customer Service

Hi,

I am a new artist who approached this company to make CDs for me. They seemed professional and I made my first $500 payment to begin the work. Two more payments were to follow. My first concern occurred when the email was not available and I was getting 'could-not-be-delivered message' but luckily I was able to get another way to reach them. They proceeded and started the artwork for the CD. After they sent me the initial artwork and I sent them the revisions, I waited from May 18th to June 12th. I sent an email to them demanding a refund. I was refused the refund and was told that they had sent me the revisions on May 26th but I never received them. I told them that if they sent it to me and did not hear from me, they should have followed up with their customer especially since I had always replied promptly to them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and agreed to give them another chance. I said that I would only pay the remainder after the artwork was complete. This is when I was told that if I did not pay in full, they would put my order on hold. I asked to speak to a supervisor or their customer department and with all due respect to GOD, I was told that HE was their supervisor. I explained that I am very concerned to give any further payment until the artwork is complete because I have nothing to protect me after making the remainder of the payment.instead of showing me that there was no need to worry and completing the artwork to reassure me, they decided that they would not complete the artwork nor refund me anything. So now, they have refused to refund me and they have refused to complete the artwork for the CD. I am very unsatisfied with their service and would advise anyone else to be careful to do business with them. They will tell you that they have done business with major corporations and so on but their service is not at all at a satisfactory level.
