Joel Kennedy takes money for tattoo art and does not complete his work. He makes excuses, dodges phonecalls, and refuses to give money back which he has received as a prepayment... SO HES THIEF!

Although he is a very tallented individual, I would suggest people stay clear of this guy unless he can complete your artwork at that moment. Otherwise you might wind up with a half finished tattoo wondering if he is dead or alive because he is most likely doing heroin again?!!?!?
