This ebay scammer sells completely fake Picasso, Andy Warhol, Dali, and other famous artists. The artwork looks decent enough but the Certificate of Authenticity and/or Appraisals is a complete fake.
I made a complaint and he agreed to take the item back and give me a refund... But he re-sold the item I sold and never gave me a refund.
Not bad if you are looking for some novelty artwork, but don't think for a second you are getting the real thing.
Note: This guy changes his ebay User ID every few months to avoid harrassment by his victims.
